JZ MUSIC AND PRODUCTIONS IS NOW BOOKING LOCAL AND NATIONAL BANDS TO DELIVER A UNIQUE MIX OF LOCAL ORIGINAL ROCK, UP-AND-COMING ACTS, ESTABLISHED NATIONAL FAVORITES AND SOME GREAT COVER/TRIBUTE BANDS. THEY ALL HELP MAKE FOR AN EXCITING MONTHLY ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE AND WE'RE PROUD TO PLAY A PART IN SUPPORTING SUCH A VARIETY OF MUSIC.
KINDLY FOLLOW JUST A FEW BASIC RULES WHEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE YOUR BAND WITH JZ MUSIC AND PRODUCTIONS :
-Please make sure you do not have any dates booked at any venues within a 2 to 3 week time frame. This will help maximize your turnout and exosure at the venue and the other venues as well.
-You must put up your promotional poster/flyers at the venue you're playing at within 3 weeks of your scheduled show date. If this is impractical or you have to travel a long distance, contact JZ MUSIC AND PRODUCTIONS by phone...516-971-6337...or email: mr.jz@jzmusicandproductions.com to make alternate arrangements.
-Load in is between 8:00 and 8:30 PM (unless you've been notified otherwise). Please be on time to avoid sound check difficulties and other problems that could delay your time slot or those of the other bands.
-To promote your show we will gladly play your music at the venue before your scheduled show date (when possible). In order to do this please provide us with a CD at the address shown below.
-Also, please allow extra time for a complete line-up to be set on the date you're playing when trying to find out your time slot. Please try to understand that we attempt to 'work' with everybody's schedule to get them on while at the same time working with constant last minute changes. We thank you for your patience.
-Cancellations: If for whatever reason you need to cancel a previously scheduled show you must do so at least one week prior to the show date. This will hopefully allow the club adequate time to try to fill your time slot. Failure to notify us may result in the venue or JZ MUSIC AND PRODUCTIONS coming to you for compensation in cases of losses of money and/or income that was incurred as a result of your cancellation without proper notification.
**Please note: For most local bands JZ MUSIC AND PRODUCTIONS uses a 'PAID BY THE DOOR SYSTEM'. This means the bigger your crowd the better your pay...and we'll do whatever it takes to draw the biggest crowd possible!! Please be aware that in many cases, this pay system ends up paying more than prior 'Guarantees' and boosts your local exposure.**
